بله اگر ایده یا طرح شما ثبت شده باشه به اسم خودتون و مشابه خارجی هم نداشته باشه شما صاحب اثر محسوب میشید و قابل شکایت در دادسرای فرهنگ و رسانه هست
سلام اگر در شورای حل اختلاف دادگاه رسانه به توافق و سازش رسیدیم آیا قانونا شاکی میتواند چند روز بعد پشیمان شود و مجدد همان شکایت را ثبت کند؟

سلام وقت بخیر. من تاریخ ۱۹ فروردین ۱۴۰۲ از شخصی به دلیل سرقت ادبی و جعل سند شکایت کردم و پیامکش اومده. منتهی تا امروز که ۹ اردیبهشت هست هنوز صدامون نکردن. خواستم بپرسم چقد حدودا طول میکشه تا واسه پیگیری خبرمون کنن؟

زمانی که پیامک براتون ارسال میشه باید با مدارک و مستندات به همراه پرینت دستور قضایی به پلیس مربوطه یا اگر نیاز به کارشناسی دارد به دادسرا مراجعه فرمایید.
