احتراماً ، دیروز در سایت http://cyber-lawyer.ir پیامی رو با نام مستعار “رامین کلامی” براتون ارسال کردم. (البته امروز هم توضیحات تکمیلی دیگری در اونجا نوشتم).
اگر ممکنه ، لطفاً بفرمائید که فرصت پیگیری شکایت بنده از اون خانم رو دارید؟ و این شکایت با این مقدار کم سند و مدرک (که در حد چند اسکرین شات است) آیا نتیجه ای هم خواهد داشت؟
در ضمن اگر امکان داره حدود حق الوکاله خودتون رو در این شکایت اعلام فرمائید.

سلام وقتتون بخیر، بیشتر از ۵ ماه از تشکیل پرونده من بابت فیشینگ در پلیس فتا میگذره، حای پاسخ شرکت سامان رو هم تحویل دادم بهشون و گفتم بقیه رو خودشون پیگیری می کنن… ولی هنوز خبری نشده… من ساکن گیلان هستم و پرونده تهران (کارتم صادره از تهران) چطوری میتونم پیگیری کنم؟ ممنونم بابت وقتی که واسه پاسخ گویی واسه همه میگذارین… آیا امیدی هست پولم برگرده؟ ۳ میلیون بود 😔
سلام وقت شماهم بخیر بله معمولا پیدا میشن اگر تا چند روز دیگه پیام دادسرا نیومد باید تشریف ببرید حضوری پیگیری کنید
